Great review - LOVE the Hourglass powders ... sooo good! Nothing can beat them imo! This year l ordered the dragon palette (really like that it has 2 finishing powders as l use them whenever I wear makeup) - also treated myself and ordered the matching dragon brush - couldn't resist! 💛 I do have the Jellyfish palette from last year, but it’s Hourglass - need I say more - lol!

Nice to see a review from you Tara. You’re always so thorough. I just purchased the evil eye palette in dragon packaging and matching brush. I have light to medium skin and am really hoping the weird blush shade actually looks really nice on me. Some reviewers said it reminds them of Chanel’s elegance which I have never owned so fingers crossed. It really was a toss up between the lightest palette though, I hope I’ve made the right choice.
I’ve been using both the elephant and butterfly palette for two years now, these palettes are always so handy, I use them everyday.

Confession: I have the leopard palette untouched. So I really didn’t need to get another one but I get caught up in the hype and fomo. 😕🤷🏻‍♀️

Omg. It’s crazy how similar the snake and evil eye palettes are. I have a skin tone that some of the medium palette shades are too light for and some of the dark palette shades are too rich for. So seeing these videos really helps me decide if I will purchase one or the other or neither. Thank you so much for this video. I always look forward to them.

I’m so glad you’re back, Tara! Excellent review and comparisons. I already ordered the dragon palette, along with the matching brush. I agree that this particular palette is really pretty. I have the jellyfish palette (with the owl case) from last year, and was pleased to see it was more pink versus the dragon palette’s peach shades. I will enjoy both palettes, and am glad to have them in my collection.

Thank you for sharing the comparisons of the Lotus Flower palette with the tiger and snake palettes (deeper palettes from last year and the year before). I love my snake palette from last year! The last two worked perfectly for my tan-deep skin tone🙌🏽. I have to grab this new one! That red blush 😍😍😍

Great to see you Tara. You’re looking beautiful. I bought the Dragon and dragon brush at launch (quite light but build able) and have since purchased the Barney’s ltd edition (elephant) one. I’m 47 and enjoy these formulas and don’t care if there are repeats because I use them daily and hit pan. I think the three pan volume 2 ambient palette which has a large soft light, a peachy tone and a larger bronzer is better value than the evil eye. 🧿 ❤
