What I really don’t understand is that the people supporting the decision are very clear about the reasons why they support it. They have clear examples, they have really well outlined arguments. The people who are against the Supreme Court ruling just say “I don’t like it”

what i don't understand is why the trans people are saying that this is against their rights.
This isn't about their rights at all, this is about women's rights and women's right to sex based safe paces and services. That does not say that trans people don't exist or can now be harrassed, in fact that is still protected under the equality act. This is literally just about women and protecting them by their definition in/ under the law.
