Biden, Allies to Impose More Sanctions on Russia

National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan says the U.S. and allies will impose further sanctions on Russia on Thursday. President Joe Biden will make the announcement on his trip to Europe. Sullivan spoke at a White House briefing.

Your remarks also reflect a logical flaw. Sanctions have not worked by now. What makes your superiors think that more sanctions will have any better results? It is sad to see decent people foolishly expect good results to follow from repeating the same threats.
