The truth of the mushroom fruiting body and mycelium

What are your mushroom powders made from? The fruiting body or mycelium?

Medicinal mushrooms fruiting bodies have much higher bioactive ingredients (beta-glucans) than pure mycelium.

Even worse, most of the mycelium powders that people can buy on the market are made from grain-based raw material, which means they contain more than 90% of grain powder.

Yessir you are correct. It's a shame most companies prefer profit over health, consumers are getting mostly grain and nothing more.

Thank you for the video. Can anyone comment on the quality of a powder blend product called Organic Mega Mushrooms (10 in one formula) by the brand Microingedients? I’m ok if all the mushrooms in this blend aren’t from fruiting bodies, but would hope that they are at least from pure mycelium and not from filler/grain that it’s grown on. Why does the growing medium need to be sterilized when in nature they just grow in the open unsterilized environment?
