Diablo 4 BEST Sorcerer Leveling Build for Season 5 - CHAIN Lightning Sorcerer Build

This Diablo 4 best sorcerer leveling build for season 5 is a chain lightning build. This build uses the new changes to chain lightning combined with the new unique and aspects, to deal huge amounts of AoE damage.

Chain Lightning has been buffed and changed to give it huge AoE damage and better targeted damage. With new uniques that also zap and stun enemies, this gives us a massive amount of clear speed while leveling. This incinerate build can easily take you from 1-70 and then progress further even to max level in season 5.

Your build will do better if you don't let yourself run out of mana. If you watch your gameplay, when you run out of mana, your chain lightning doesnt "pop" when it's done. Most of that happens b/c you spawn too many chain lightning at one time, you should really only have 2-4 at one time. That way you won't run out of mana and your chain lightning will "pop" and do more damage.

This build is fun but definitely NOT A LEVELING BUILD.

I ran this build and it was excruciatingly difficult to kill anything without popping Unstable Current, I was constantly out of mana and the chain lightning was dealing between 2-6k of damage. I had to switch back to Incinerate to get to WT4.

It only becomes viable once you've obtained the new unique Axial Conduit, which you likely won't get until lv70+ WT4 from Infernal Horde chest.

really want to know the best leveling/farming build, then end game build, the most powerful, because being godly is fun :) im considering swapping but scared ill make the wrong choice again and get stuck with it lol. on the plus side, lightening is very easy to see in dungeons and hell tide and helps you see where you are lol

Honestly better to use the enchantment that gives you 25%+ more dmg if you don’t have a defensive skill, and replace ice shield with orbs then use the enchantment that has them float around you
