Though fairly common, Yoshi falling down a pit is certainly one of the darker ways a character has gone out. We see him desperately trying to be helpful to the player only to fall in the end. This is why I try not to have Yoshi killed at all costs.

This is even more cruel than you think! Remember when we lost the Super Happy Tree? Keep in mind, we Yoshis rely heavily on our mood! If we get depressed, it's over. Nightmares like this are even worse, considering how we need to stay positive! All in all, this is why you should NEVER drop us into pits!

Oh my, it feels like it's Halloween already. This was one of the saddest endings I have ever seen in a game. But one thing's for sure: I am never going to drop a Yoshi into a pit ever again!

A lot of that hack with the cave area kind of reminded me of the Underwhere from Super Paper Mario. Also, as soon as Sonic Exe caught Yoshi I got a Sonic Superstars Ad, what timing.

Peach using her normal sprite in Hyrule's Dark World means either A) there's a moon pearl incorporated into that jewelry she wears somewhere or B) her normal appearance is the very best possible physical representation of her personality

I can't believe how well written the story was in this hack! I've never been so sad to see any of those guys die! And goodness knows weve seen them die countless times 😅 killed them ourselves a bunch of times in fact 😂

Yoshi just always smiling at the sonic exe section is basically him saying "i love this game of hide n seek! What a gentleman for playing with me, hes much better than mario" and then when hes at darkness its "im scared... wait did i just feel a emotion other than happiness?"
And for whatever reason i rarely cry

This is actually really cool its nice to see the creative side of so many people who make these games. Its a perfect mixture of horror and saddness, great work Darby:).
