The Rocky Port incident is one that has not been seen in either the manga or the One Piece anime. However, according to the information obtained from chapter 1059, this incident involved two members of the Worst Generation and the Marines.
The 2 worst generations are Law and Blackbeard.

Say anything but boa Hancock is super strong, she literally turn two top commander of Blackbeard pirates into stone and even defeat many marine soldiers, now we uderstand that Bartholomew Kuma sent Luffy flying to Amazon lily, so no one suspect or kill him as boa Hancock is super strong woman. Even pissed of Blackbeard and panic him, a great feat.

Rocky port incident
Hey guys, I may be missing some things here so please correct me where I am wrong.

During the timeskip Trafalgar Law's bounty was raised from 220 to 440, which I think is the biggest increase of any character. Luffy had an increase to only 400 after his involvement in marineford and such but I wont get into that.

The reason for this increase seems to be what's known as the Rocky port incident. Yeah, its possible that this incident was where he delivered the hearts of 100 pirates to marine headquarters, but here's why I think it's gotta be something else:

These were the hearts of pirates, so this was clearly not a sign of aggression

It seems the reason he did this was to be named shichibukai. I think he would have made his intentions clear, and I don't think they would have raised his bounty only to freeze it afterwards.

The manga had a few opportunities to clarify it, but it seem's to be left a mystery for a reason.

Now that we know alot more about Law's character I think we can better theorize what this incident may be. He seems very driven, but also morally solid.(As long as the hearts were of bad pirates). Whatever he did must have been for his agenda. Since the increase was so large, and wouldn't be an attack on civillians, I think there's a good chance that the marines were his target. Rocky port also sounds like a marine type base. I think it's possible that he staged an attack on a high ranking marine who was somehow semi-responsible for the death of corason. I'm not sure if the timelines add up, but I think it's also possible he free'd Jewelery Bonney because he might need her for something later. What are your ideas?

This feels like a massive plot hole, how was wang Zhi (ochoku) a corpse with moria but also evident in the timeskip, this could only have happened before thriller bark

If Blackbeard defeated one of member of rocks pirate, then he is no joke and all this time he want Luffy and Hancock devil fruit, also Blackbeard might knows about the lunarian race, then he also known about god of liberation from skypeia island but interestingly shanks just Rob gum gum fruit for money, not for seeing sun god Nika. But Ben Beckman suspects even gum gum fruit.

Now I know not everyone wants another MF arc, unless it is Luffy being sentence to death (but that is my personal idea), but will the SH go & rescue Koby, even though it may have some major consequences since Luffy is now an Emperor?

Big spoiler:- If Rocks Pirate is a pirate group not an crew, then it makes sense that captain John and Shakky join Rocks pirate, then it also possible, that Shakky is as strong as Rayleigh and that's why she get invitation from Rock d xebec just like kaido, also it's not oppose she is leader of kuja pirates in the past. The hint for this already given, The cross guild is also a group of crocodile and mihawk, so it make more sense Rocks pirate is same like cross guild, but managed by rocks d xebec, just like crocodile.
