I just watched other gymnasts routines from these Olympics that placed in the top 5, and Eugenia's routines and technique is far beyond better than theirs !! He routines r just brilliant, AMAIZINGLY CHOREOGRPHER and executed, she so deserved this gold medal

Kanaeva always had many signature moves and has contrbuted much to RG
like much of the performed ring pivot elements, she was by far the most technical gymnast that yes she is rightfully the Gold medal.

@fortheloveofRG I totally agree with you. Kanaeva totally deserved the gold in Olympics, her body elements were very difficult and well executed. I'm very tired of people who call Kanaeva "overscored" only because they prefer Bessonova!

Kanaeva has shown herself much more mature at the last Montpellier championship than she was in this vid...her body has changed as well, I would say she's a woman now! When Besso was still competing, I had eyes for her only...but I have to admit now Zhenya is really the only queen of RG!

@fortheloveofRG Totally agree; I have just watched Bessonova's clubs routine from Beijing and it is nowhere near as creative or difficult as this. I dont think Zhenya was overscored at all. If Bessonova's routine was worth 18.100, well this HAD to be worth quite a bit more, because of the difficulty and sheer technical brilliance. So I say the scores reflected the routines completely.
