Hey man, just wanted to let you know that leaving in the bloopers has actually made me significantly less worried about building one of these for myself. It's inspiring to know that anyone can mess up; looking forward to watching the rest of these

Absolute legend. I have been searching for a week to get plans to build something with a huge footprint like this machine for a fabrication process I want to use. Thank you so much for sharing this!

I have been looking at laser cutters here in the states. The quote for the machine I was looking at, CO2/Fiber dual unit, is 80, 000 after tax.

Part of that cost is also the size I need. Which you are building in this version with the 2'x4' bed.

After watching your first build I am looking forward to building my own cutter.

Thank you for taking the time to document your process and sharing.

I am literally in the stages of designing my own laser cutter, your timing is impeccable. It is so interesting to see how you do certain things in a different way.

So great to see a kiwi take on this. Very much looking forward to see where you get all the components without loosing your shirt on the shipping!

I am literally coming to your channel every day since you released this video check for part 2. Based off your design I loaded a cart in Open Builds and now I have an idea of what parts and how many I need. There is so much to learn before buying parts for a laser but there doesn't seem to be much practical information about building one. Really excited for more of this series.

Really looking forward to this series! Great fun hearing your design decisions and reasoning. The build I'm collecting parts for will be different but I will still learn heaps from you!

Good clear video, Found it very helpful and even leaving in the sequencing errors teaches others. Keep up the good work and I look forward to see the completed project.

New subscriber! I watched one of your laser videos about a year ago and I'm excited to follow along on this build. I've been researching for several years now and would love to build one. I just moved to a new house with the space to do it! I'll be interested in seeing the rest of this build
