I miss the design of Miui 8 so much, the way the colors were in contact through the entire OS was awesome, having dedicated colors in the calender app or the notfication center symbols adapting to the weather app made it feel alive yet simple and clean

but I like that they blend it pretty well with Android Material design

don't just duplicate and steal, but take the good part, copy and improve it, then you can call it 'inspired', I actually like the idea of this, improving on something that works

hi, i have a little problem, whenever i press some switch in notification bar, it doesnt change color as yours did. The switch works, so for example, i press "Silent" button, phone goes to silent mode, but button doesnt change color. does anybody know how to fix it?

notifications wont expand in miui. when we touch and hold in stock android the notification will expand allowing us to read. here we need to open the application and see whats new.

I'm using now a MIUI 11, but I really missed this big MIUI 8 and 9, especially 0:47 - 1:10, this why I bought Xiaomi phone back then, when it upgraded to 9 and 10, those UI time of the day and weather inidicator are gone when it is night time, morning, rainy and sunny, I felt sad when they removed it. To be honest I still prefer the UI of MIUI 8 than 10 and 11, because they are fun to look at. hopefully MIUI 11 make something like this again.
