Hi Everyone,
This video will show how you can increase OST file size in Outlook365. By default, the OST file size can grow as large as 50 GB in office 365, but around 47.5 GB, the Outlook will stop working. There are a few ways to avoid OST getting full; one is to prevent downloading shared mailboxes in Outlook, start an Online Archive, or combine both. To increase the OST file size, we need to add a new value in the registry. And here's how you can do it.

This method is considered a workaround, and I recommend moving the Shared Mailboxes to the cloud and activating the Online Archive based on your company's policy. It is good when the user's Outlook is stopped working, and you need to fix the issue immediately.

Microsoft doesn't recommend increasing the OST file size as it can bring bad user experience, problems with search, and even data corruption. Once the size is over the recommended values, all responsibility for unexpected behaviour is up to end users / admins.
This concern is for all admins and IT support.

I am using Microsoft 365 App for Enterprise. I couldn't locate on my machine, I just managed to see the path until Office - no version numbers were found in regkey. So how could I do if in this situation? Thank you!

I have Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise but i don't find the path in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE rather i found same path in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook, , we dont have online archive options till now, , I tried to change value where i found the path but it doesnt work, , , Any idea how to resolve this, Much aprreciated.
