New report: 246 people died in Texas winter storm, 36 more than previously reported

Why, because Texans do not know how to do winter. How would that be. Not everyone is born with a backup generator. Brings a heater into a house and wants to be warm and forgets, what about CO2 or CO?? Corbon Dioxide and/or carbon monoxide.

Out of 35 million in a 4 day, subarctic freeze andd ice storm that covered the entire state all the way into Mexico. That's about .0001 percent and I imagine many were natural mixed in that report. especially in a subtropic area that has temps going up into the 110 degree range in the summers. This was a 130 year cyclical event.
