Bonnie doesn't seem that impressive to me. I have watched a few matches with her and the only cases where she wins is when the opponent really isn't paying attention. It takes so much money to make Bonnie worth choosing. You have to choose to go late game and have GOOD early/mid/late game tower combo. It's more likely that this is objectively the least helpful hero.
