If you want to, you can reenable the old UI in settings just go to home settings, then go to style basic style and then you’re good to go

The slick old interface was for a reason to buy an LG. Now with this bloated UI with ads, I can (and probably will) also take another brand.

What's your webos version of LG TV?
Because I've received the update couple of days back here in India,
But it has no such new interface at all.

It was just as it is.

I absolutely hate the new UI. I use fire TV for apps, but do use the tv web browser. The old UI had inputs and apps all in once row. Easy to organize and use. This new system is bloated and irritating. Even the menus for TV settings are buried and bloated. The only reason I bought this tv was for the magic remote.

I’m in Canada and have had the option to update for a good while now but haven’t yet. Is it worth it to update? I have a lg c2. Don’t really have any issues with the tv the way it is, other than sometimes when using my Xbox it will disconnect when starting a game and I have to unplug my hdmi cord and plug it back in. Other than that just having the pop up asking me to update every time I turn it on is kinda annoying.

I hate my new LG tv. Freeview play does not work as my sony. Cant pause rewind etc.
