The last entity is well as you can see being researched by the Async foundation and I have a very big theory that it is actually NOT an entity’s but a capsule/container holding a very very strong entity so it may be an entity trap that the creators of the backrooms (which are theorized to be aliens) used to trap an entity that they accidentally made and that moving red dot you see might be a scanner that opens the capsule with eye sensing or something like that it could also be a defense mechanism they use to stop anyone from opening it like contacting entity’s to go there and attack them
