Friends at sea: Philippine, Vietnam coast guards hold first-ever joint exercise

On August 9, the Philippine Coast Guard and Vietnam Coast Guard hold bilateral drills off the coast of Bataan, facing the West Philippine Sea. It's the first sort of interaction of the two coast guards, from countries that are co-claimants in the South China Sea. The PCG says it hope for closer ties and "friendship" not only with Vietnam, but with other Southeast Asian coast guards. Bea Cupin was on board the PCG's BRP Gabriela Silang and filed this vlog.
