As per Selenium official announcement , Java 8 will no longer be supported after Sept 30, 2023. Hence, it's time to upgrade your Java version to minimum supported version (Java 11).

Hi bro. For my project need, i need to launch my application in Edge browser with internet Explorer mode. If I open the application in edge browser manually, its automatically opening in an internet Explorer mode only. But in automation i am getting pop up like to turn off the remote debugging mode to open in an Internet Explorer mode. We are using java with selenium version 3.141.59. Please tell me some workarounds for this bro

I am going to point out one problem with Java versions after 11, if you use J Meter and generate HTML report, you can not do it if you have any Java version after 11, i-e 17 or 19 or even 20
I had this issue when I was using Java 17 and try to run J Meter and generate HTML report, I had to downgrade Java from 17 to 11 and only it worked

Hi Naveen, I have already upgraded to Java 17 from Java 8. When u run through eclipse it's working fine but through cmd I m getting build success but all scenarios are getting skipped. Can you please tell me the reason?
