19k views, 12 likes? Is Salesforce really view-boting but not like-boting so that the ratio matches? This is actually a well put together video with excellent presentation, I'd expect at least 0.1% of viewers to leave a like just on that basis. Also, for a quick pro-tip on how to improve quality in the future, try to dynamically increase and decrease the background music relative to other audio, the upbeat tone and strong DaftPunk-esque bass line is good and matches the tone of the video but frequently it overpowers the speaker and any pause in her speaking jolts out at you. The person presenting did a phenomenal job and should be reused in the future. With someone of her quality it'd be worth investing in a real professional audio mix instead of just having an intern using presets or following YouTube tutorials.
