I tried this once. i was too old and worked with young people. I felt out of place so i quit. I couldn't listen to them talk about vape and call of duty anymore.

Unnecessary extra work you putting there son, build a stack of cases chest high to the left of the 4ft section where merch belongs and cut plastic diagonal on sides of case and straight on front lip, plastic comes right off. Avoid bending too much for merch and let go of your cutter. Lip those cases when you block and how about a sharp blade? Good day and excellent effort my bro 💪🏼🙏🏼

I work third shift stocking shelves. And a lot of us there are tired of day shift throwing over stock on the shelves. I watched one day shifter slapping cereal boxes on a shelf fast. If there wasn't any room he would lay the boxes on top of the cereal or on the side. Some venders have been doing the same thing.
Has anyone else had this problem with overstock on the shelves?

Savage. I threw up 140 in an hour just to push myself. This is how you move up bro.our store manager saw me hustle like this and she didn’t know my name yet. That day she saw me she asked about me and said “that’s what we need for the whole crew.” I became a supervisor and I was able to send people home early if they weren’t feeling it. They’d come back tomorrow with better moral and actually wanted to stay the whole shift.

If you work hard and don’t brag about it. Your work ethic will take you anywhere. I’m 31 and I’m not going back to stocking. Overnight stockers and warehouse loaders are beasts. You guys are the backbone of the company. Keep hustling man I see you. I’d be right there with you on the other side and I would wanna race you. Making the nights fun by competing. It keeps you in shape and you get paid to do it. Not much, but it gets crazy when you got a lot of work done

Okay, I got to say say opening up a plastic wrapped tray and putting it on a shelf that's not stocking a shelf. That's just a grocery store. Way of making things faster and good for you because doing it the old fashioned way, taking those cans of cream mushroom soup, putting them in a three column stack of 2 going back eight rows and repeating for the next products and the next products and the next products and the next products. Hell of a lot harder

Nice. I stocked at 2502 cottonwood AZ, only 1 dude there has some good speed. I wasn't rewarded for my speed or efficiency, I was pushed out by the union.
