I really don't know why bethesda can't code, and i know v-sync has nothing to do with mouse input lag,

I'm running a 970m to an Asus PG279Q at 2560x1440. This did the trick for me. I'm glad I don't have to lower the quality. Thanks for the help!

Disable v-sync to get rid of mouse lag is a non-sens, they are less radical method, in particular "maximum pre render frame" to 1
