The fact that he is advising his audience to do the exact opposite of what he's doing already says enough

This guy makes loads of money buying houses and renting them out. And he is telling you to do what??

Renting is worse late game. After the cost of the house, taxes and stuff will be less than rent cost. Hell, my house payment plus property tax plus student loans is still less than rent in the larger cities

Marry the house. Date the mortgage. If you can afford to buy the right house at a good purchase price, you should. Whenever interest rates come down, refinance.

Biy a house, get equity. Rent a house, pay for the landlord's equity

It's basically an argument that you get to make someone else foot the bill. Someone who can decide when to raise the rent and how much. They can go cheap on repairs or say in your lease it's your responsibility. I say renting for life isn't the way but of course no one csn buy a house right away.

Rich guy says rent is going down while owning several homes and renting them out. Smh

This is why we need to restrict entities and black Rock and foreign buyer from buying properties up and artificially keeping the prices high. Property ownership is essential for building wealth. This is going to. Screw ppl even more.

We need to bring back rent to own based on 10, 20, and 30 year rates. You apply for a mortgage, a broker covers the cost, then you pay them back based on your selected interest rate (ex you pick a $400k house on a 10 year mortgage, you pay $3400/mo plus fees and interest). The cost of rentals IS NOT going down in 95% of the country on apartments, condos, trailer homes, townhouses, anything. Not unless 95% of this country is unpopulated.

Hey guys good news, you can get a great deal on sending your landlord to Europe over the Summer

So grateful for the opportunity to get better at negotiating to get screwed

The market is strong in renting but not because of prices or whatever. The end goal is a stranglehold on property in America. We desperately need regulation for who can buy what. If we dont, we'll all be renting from some big corp with no way out

OR and hear me out. We make is so that people cant buy more then like 3 properties. SO!!! and hear me out. Some rich A-hole cant buy 20-30% of all new houses in an area. We as a nation could also pass some laws making it illegal to jack rent up at random or put a cap on how much you could charge per square foot. Suddenly we have more houses to buy. Supply goes up demand goes down. Prices fall. We would also suddenly have cheaper rent. I'm sorry karen wont be able to afford another gold plated car this year.

Don’t listen to him. Buy a house and pay it off early. They don’t want you to own anything and be a slave

He’s not taking into account the equity you get when paying mortgage vs no equity when paying rent

Rent in ny area, 800-1500. I can literally buy a house for about 750 a month excluding property taxes. Where's all these cheap rentals these millionaires always talk about?
