I have idiopathic hemolytic anemia and was told its probably an autoimmune response but that they actually dont know why I have it. This was while I also had a 22cm tumor stemming from my pancreas called a MCN, or Mucinous cystic neoplasm, which was starting to become malignant when they removed it. I also have a thymoma which I believe has caused myasthenia gravis, which is commonly linked to problems with the thymus because my eyes have become so weak I need special prism glasses to correct my sight since my eye cant keep from drifting, creating double vision. I didnt even know a thymus existed before they found the tumor growing in mine.

So the watermelon sized tumor was removed along with my spleen, most of the pancreas, the duodenum and part of the small colon. My gallbladder probably would have been taken out if I still had one and my stomach was almost removed but another specialist surgeon at Keck USC brought in during surgery was able to save it. It was already very small from the gastric sleeve surgery I had in 2015 but with the tumor I could not eat anything and wasted away down to 96lbs. I was 220 at my heaviest (by some grace of God I dont have loose skin that needs to be removed. i guess i was young enough at the time i lost the weight to bounce back)
All of this to say I don’t know whats wrong with me to have caused all of this and neither do any of the doctors Ive seen :/ so if anyone here has had similar issues and does have an idea why please let me know.

It almost killed me. Complete exhaustion. Difficulty breathing. My hemoglobin was 5. After two years, my body healed itself. I gave vial after vial of blood. Had a bone marrow biopsy, trans jugular liver biopsy, ct scans, ultrasounds, blood transfusions, iron infusions. I had jaundice, splenomegaly. I was checked for every blood cancer. Not as much fun as it sounds! My doctor has no idea why...
