I've already decided I'll be building Xiangli Yao and pulling for his signature weapon, mainly for two reasons...First, I already have Yinlin, so building Xiangli Yao just makes sense. Secondly, (and this may seem a bit silly but, ) since I started the game, I've had a goal of building teams around my 3 favorite elements, fire, ice, and lightning (Fusion, Glacio and Electro).

I'm strongly considering building an Areo team instead of Glacio because Jiyan is just so damn cool looking.

7:01 you are wrong xangli yao's damage comes from liberation damage.

Yao really does have high damage, specially if you have jianxin.
Aside from his ult there are 3 another cubes to unleash that base off his liberation.
He also benefits so much on his weapon, those liberation stack that easy to access make it so good.

Kuro blessing me so hard lately fr. I wanted marcato, had literally no pity bc of my zhezhi pulls and zhezhi weapon pulls, did 1 ten pull, and got his weapon but no 4 stars, all i wanted was marcato for jianxin. Now ive got so many extra pulls left for shorekeeper.

100% building Xiangli Yao and pulling for his weapon. The only character I've pulled for so far is Yinlin, so I'm severely lacking in limited 5 star DPS characters (I've been using Havoc Rover, Danjin, and Yangyang). I have a lot of pulls saved because of that so I have plenty of astrites to spare for his weapon and Shorekeeper!

I will pull it because I love my sweet and cool man Yao (LOL). But also because I'm mostly a husbando collector and all the limited husbandos have been so amazing. I have about 200 pulls (not Astrites, pulls) and I will try to get Yao's weapon (that isn't a weapon, hahaha) as I keep saving for Geshulin and Scar. uwu

Changli is not better than Yao. Yao is easier to play, and better multiplier damage, and on top of that, he has direct buffer in Yinlin.

I pre-farmed most of his materials but now am a bit regretful about it lol Not sure if I want to spend for his ascension because my shells are low right now.

And I was saving Astrites for Shorekeeper but after watching Saintontas' video about his weapon (Verity's Handle) saying it's a must pull, I'm now torn. Man, what a free 5-star character—good to keep but f2p guys are in a dilemma as usual lol

Wait... doesn't Encore do more damage than Changli with Yin's weapon? Also, Encore is able to fully utilize Hell Rider. I can see Changli being better if she gets a better summon.

Changli is not better than Xiangli Yao, she is not even top 3 main dps in the game right now, You saying she is the "best dps" is literally the biggest misinformation I have ever heard, based on theorycrafting calcs, Encore is even better than her. Unironically the top 3 rn is Jinshi, Jiyan then Encore, and early CN calcs suggest Xiangli Yao might be on Jiyan level but void thunder doesn't have a good 4 cost echo which hold him back to truly become Jiyan's equal.

At most Changli is the 5th best dps in the game, but that's okay because she isn't even made to be an actual main dps. She is a subdps.

I think he is worth for the ease of play and competitive main DPS.
He makes playing Electro DPS at mobile phone device with ease, unlike Calcharo which has high skill ceiling (Maybe doable, but I'm not gonna do it on phone).

Also getting Xiangli yao duplicates worth much more than getting Calcharo's duplicate.
So, overall, Xiangli is the better investment.

Nah, I disagree, My Jiyan & XY build both has 2k atk and 70/260 cr/dmg on their aero/electro set, while jiyan has a max level talent and XY only lv1 but still my Xy deal more dmg than Jiyan, So I would Say Jihnsi>XY>Jiyan. (I don't have changli so I wouldn't add her cause I still don't know how strong she is)

Now I’m debating whether I should go for Shorekeeper or go for YinLin again. I got XY sig weapon so getting YinLin would give me a great electric team, but Shorekeeper is looking like a great buffer and healer.
