People in the comment section are missing the point. I got into Harvard Medical School. I can assure you that my GPA wasn't a factor. I know this because my GPA is subpar at best. What value do you, as the applicant, provide to the institution? How are you going to add value to the learning environment and your fellow peers? If you can't articulate that in your CV or application letter, then your odds are already at a disadvantage. Everyone one who applies meets the general requirements. You need to tell them, no, show them rather, how you stand out from the rest.
