The Imperfection Run - Stardew Valley's First Low%

I think we all strain ourselves too much trying to aim for perfection, so I'm going to strain myself even more to do the opposite! To my knowledge, there's no recorded attempt at getting to the walnut room on Ginger Island at minimum perfection percentage, and that'll be our goal today!

The walnut room actually requires 101 golden walnuts to unlock. I can confirm that! Grinding that last couple walnuts and recounting all of them multiple times just to stand in front of the door and read 99/100 is so frustrating!

i'm pretty sure the game doesn't count the first walnut you use in leo's hut towards unlocking the walnut room. Just a guess though. Since you wouldn't have been able to get to the island west until you unlock the parrots, i'm pretty sure it just requires you to get 100 more after the first one. I would count this as a perfect low% run.

the fact that you have to cross the entire town to get to the other side of your farm so you don’t gain experience made me laugh out loud so hard. this is so entertaining and i love your content.

This isn't useful to you anymore, but if someone else wanted to try this run: you don't actually need more than one flute block to do the mermaid puzzle! You can just put down the flute block, tune it to the first note, walk past to play it, then pick it back up and put it down for the second note and so on.

Anyway great video this was a really entertaining idea!

For the tulips, all you needed was 5 flowers, save scum 1 flower, when you get the walnut, save then do the next one until you've done all 5 instead of hoping you get 5 all in one go

The boulder blocking the dig spot on Ginger Island is always there! So you weren't just unlucky in that regard. This was so much fun to watch live and I'm enjoying watching it in video form again. Still jealous that you got that living hat so quickly.
