Push the yellow lock tabs out marked by the arrows to open the cartridge hatch

The hatch is hinged on the left side and to open it puch the toothed plastic locking device

If only sound is recorded in the LP mode on DVD-RAM it fits 9h. The Panasonic recorder uses the entire disc space for sound, but
on DVD-R the same recording time is only standard 4h because it records black picture as it does when it records normal picture and sound

Chapters can be put anywhere on the disc

The recorder takes the cartridge so there's no need to remove the disc, but it gets hotter and the fan is always on

If the disc is removed, handle it with great care and don't put any fingerprints on it

The recording can be played from the beginning as it's recorded with Time shift, or previous recordings can be played at the same time as well with time shift
