Hey, I was watching this while comparing to my teacher’s slides and noticed the description of the image ( 26:07 ) wasn’t the same . I just checked on the book (I think you’re also using Essencial Cell Biology) and apparently, the red structures are microtubules, the greens ones plectins and the blue is the IF.
Thanks for this class, I was getting bored from reading notes and having someone explaining it readily helps.
