No first thing is there is certainly a big diffrence between how much they are allotting and how much they spend on these schemes so this time less money allocation maybe and about this flagship schemes of providing house to poors it's on since 2016 budget some they built but normally far away from projected targets.. About Manrega not much knowledge building highways, road network and having toll taxes on this they are fighting in UP too and UP govt did good in this.
Now if you see healthcare and education then their are many schemes thousands from modi govt or by UP some are successful some partial and some where govt did nothing like smart cities and it's true bcoz of this covid travel and tourism got affected even airline industry and about technology everyone is hopeful that we will built chips in India, will have better 5g connectivity even other technical stuffs which we import from China.
And yes for health and education even UP govt has promised many things having good healthcare and providing free education to girls till graduate and idk if they are reducing budget in these sectors in UP all i can give average performance to them and SP can be hopeful bcoz they were anti farmers tried to eat their profit.... They violently attacked peaceful protest a farmer should have freedom of selling it anywhere without any taxes so if RLD can take advantage of this then it's good thanks
