If I was a thief and I saw a baby in the back seat, I'd be pretty pissed too, because I'm faced with the dilemma of returning the baby and which would risk me getting caught, or abandoning the baby somewhere and have a potential death on my conscious. Personally I'd return the baby, but other people may not be so selfless.

But did the police give a ticket to the woman for leaving the child in the car? No doubt she had admit to doing so and I’m certain that leaving the kiddo in the car isn’t legal in most states.
