If you're wondering what Rowley ordered, it's Salmon in parchment (Salmon en papillote). It's made with salmon (other fish can be used), veggies, citrus fruits (lemon), and seasonings. All the ingredients are wrapped and cooked in parchment paper in the oven. Kudos to Ramon De Ocampo for nailing the French pronunciation in his Rowley voice 13:25-13:28
