Not gonna lie, I was really hoping for 20 to be the last wimpy kid book. Because reading the newer books, you can really tell how much Jeff is seriously running out of ideas, so ending at 20 would be perfect. On top of that, as you mentioned, it would also work perfectly because the book is centered around birthdays. And ALSO, "JohnWasNever" made a concept cover for PartyPooper, and he called it "All Wrapped Up", which would've been even more perfect of a name than PartyPooper, IF this was the last book in the series.

Also as I'm writing this comment about Greg's birthday, it'll actually be my birthday in 4 days. Coincidences are funni.

Fun fact: someone on Twitter commented on the book 17 post for diary of a Wimpy kid and then he said when are you gonna stop making these and then Jeff Kenny said every time you ask, I add five more he said that when book 17 came out so now we’re probably gonna get 22 bucks until someone says when are you gonna stop making these?
