IMHO That is drip coffee in a Behmor and I have a Behmor for since it came out. You have Manual function on the Behmor which allows you to start and stop each pour just as if you were making a pour over. Try it next time use it just as if it was a manual pour over, because really you have a heated kettle overhead and the temperature is precise.

Of course to each his/her own, but I don't understand why some waste time/effort/coffee with anything other than espresso when you/they have a nice/capable setup. Of all the brew methods I've tried NOTHING comes close to espresso for me. Definitely the most challenging/intense form of coffee IMHO.
