My best guess for the "see you in the next hell losers" dialogue is, yes, it was meant to be said by lancer. I imagine this was implemented at a time when toby did not have a typer sound he was set on for Lancer, so he just used Toriel's.

The idea of Lancer straight up saying that Kris and Susie would go to hell makes me chuckle, its just so distinctly out of character yet also seems like something he'd sadly pick up from his good ol' dad.

Pretty sure the "See you in the next hell, losers!" was supposed to be part of lancer's battle end dialogue, but he's supposed to be a wholesome round boy so it was changed.

Toriel's technically the first non mysterious voice you hear so maybe it was the prime choice for a placeholder for the fight. That and her name being "torial".

Allusions to Ralsei being the prince of Hell are probably intentional considering people sometimes call Satan the prince of darkness (dark prince) & there were some major Satan motifs going on with Asgore in Undertale considering he was a goat man who ruled monsters, he waged a war against humans because he & his people were angry about being trapped underground, he uses fire magic & wields a trident (very similar to a pitchfork), his son was compared to (and named after) an angel of death, & his other kid called themself a "demon that comes when you call its name." Ever heard the expression "Speak of the devil & he shall appear."?

it is borderline unnerving JUST how specific ralsei is with his instructions on using the UI that he even wonders if kris is able to see, implying HE can?
i know it's cliche at this point to be suspicious of ralsei but-

I hope a rematch with the dummy becomes available in the dojo at some point, where Ralsei makes a show of "being evil" while teaching Kris and Susie (or someone else) to work better at the same time.

In all honesty, just fighting the dummy as Susie would potentially be hilarious.

Ralsei saying "See you in the next hell, losers!" with GLaDOS's voice is probably the weirdest thing I've seen today.... other than finding out about the Asgore ""Fingers"" meme...

The fact that Ralsei *blushes* when you hit him and says its fine if you want to is both very interesting but also makes me VERY afraid of potential Weird Route shenanigans. Ch2 Weird Route already had big abusive relationship vibes, and theres a point to be made that you could interpret it as not just taking advantage of Noelles inability to assert herself, but also of her like of "scary" things and the very obvious hints of masochism she lets slip at times.
If we assume that the dummied out dialogue is still in character for him, Ralsei ALSO potentially exhibiting some degree of either masochism or at least a willingness to let us do that to him does not bode well for the future.

I can't see that "See you in the next hell, losers!" line without thinking about Jaru's time loop theory....it's probably a coincidence but it fits in so well. :P

My theory is that the dialogue is for an early Lancer fight, where Ralsei is advising you from the sidelines instead of being absent like normal.

I think it's interesting that it's specified that the heart is the culmination of a human's being... since as far as we know at this point we [the player] are the only heart and also... by that logic the only human. Still I can see why it was changed, can't wait to see what lore we get with new chapters~
