2023 Manual Toyota Supra | AWE Touring Exhaust VS Stock | Rev, Acceleration and Drive By

👋 So after installing the AWE Resonated Touring exhaust system on my Manual Toyota Supra, let's take a look at how the Supra sounds compared to the stock exhaust! All of these clips do feature the MST high flow catted downpipe! Comparison with the stock downpipe is linked below!

Here it is! Time to complete my brand new 2023 manual transmission Toyota Supra and ad the rest of the exhaust system! Let's install the AWE Touring Resonated catback exhaust for the MK5 Supra 3.0! This new exhaust sounds absolutely amazing with the B58 motor. So pumped with the combination of a deep tone and some gurgles! Installing the AWE exhaust for the Supra was pretty straight forward. It's a direct replacement to the factory exhaust and will connect to your factory downpipe or an aftermarket downpipe! I have the MST high flow catted downpipe on my Supra and this connected to it perfectly. I love the 5in chrome tips, they fit in the bumper well and look amazing! The sound of the AWE exhaust is so unique! It's a very deep and aggressive tone and really makes the Supra sound like a proper sportscar. The Supra is so addicting to drive rowing through the gears and listening to this amazing motor roar! Also when driving the Supra like normal, there is no drone and the car really sounds tame. Under throttle the car starts to come alive! And Sport mode still ads a louder tone and the pops and gurgles. While the AWE kit does not utilize an active valve, it really doesn't need it since the engine tuning in Sport mode changes a good amount of the sounds. I really think the AWE exhaust for the Supra is the sweet spot! You can also get an even louder setup without resonators or without mufflers! And paired to a catless downpipe you'll have al the sound! Great exhaust and offers the best tone for the Supra to just make it sound perfect! I can definitely hear the deeper tone with th awe setup, but is there a singificant increase in volume with the awe? Been running my 21 with at catless downpipe since new. Getting bored with it and looking for better sound and something louder without adding too much rasp.

How is the difference in volume? I have an HKS exhaust with a catted downpipe on my Supra, cold start are loud but otherwise it’s a pretty quiet exhaust. I’m also not super happy with the tone. I’m considering switching to AWE, which would likely have a deeper tone and be a bit louder.

I remember people were complaining that the AWE exhaust muffled all the burbles so they were non existent. Guess that's not the case! Unless the DP is what's making the difference

Made a deposit on a absolute zero 3.0 premium 6MT last week and I was told it’ll arrive in 5 weeks so I’m very excited. I have t driven one and thankfully the deposit is refundable but I highly doubt I won’t immediately fall in love with the car.

Thanks for posting this comparison because it’s been a pia finding content that’s shows what this car really sounds like. Both stock and the AWE sound phenomenal.

Do you know if an exhaust change would void the toyota warranty? Also, do you recommend the extended warranty?
