I’ve been wondering if I was channeling. I feel very connected to to a medicine man and nature. I have done things and solved problems I never imagined much less thought possible or could accomplish. I even had a wonderful moment when nature made sure I knew it sees me. No words can express my gratitude for being part of the universe and being given the opportunity to make it better.

Driving with no destination or duty is an amazing way to tune in because you have to be present driving & not distracted ;)

Thank you ❤❤ I do have ringing also . Different pitches, left ear and sometimes right . It’s very different than tinnitus.

I do the driving thing too, I have a fun tip for if you have any type of guidance or are just straight clairsentient: ask for navigation to points of interest (for fun) and to places along your path. Last year, having gone through the alchemical wedding process I was driving in an area I didn't know, and realized I was feeling a thumbprint sized area of pressure around the rim of the crown. It was being used as a directional marker and was shifting left or right depending on the direction I was meant to go in. I've been led to *such cool stuff since then.
If you're connected up in that way, ask your body to show you what it feels like to receive navigation so you'll feel how it interprets direction, you should feel some sort of energetic movement. If you ask your guides, they'll give you tailored experiences in little road trips, if you ask the universe, I at least seem to get led along my specific path in the current fractal, like an automatic function bringing me to my next best step. Seriously interesting way to receive guidance - almost like having some sort of travel companion. If for any reason you need to freshen up your 3rd eye and pressurize it (helps reception in this one) as you inhale lay your head all the way back, then rock your head slowly forward as you breathe through pursed lips, as if you're blowing dust off something. It pressurizes the ventricle in the brain housing the pineal and pituitary.
