We got a sneak preview of Philly’s newest restaurant @elchingonphilly (1524 S. 10th) St.
@iamjaythegentleman got to try some of Chef Carlos’ dishes including Rabbit Tinga, a vegan ceviche and more.
El Chingon officially opens November 22nd and will feature traditional Mexican food with some twists. This place is BYOB and will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and features a plant-based menu as well. Definitely worth checking out
