9:00 The verse is slightly out of context here. What the author is saying here is that if you know to do good and fail while trying, then that is not sin. Your intentions are not to sin however you failed through no fault of your own. However, if you know to do good and decide not to do good regardless, then it is a sin to you. You can not blame sin living within you.

Basically, a person may live outside of the Law, if and only if that person lives within the Will of God. Paul is talking about being and acting within the Will of God. If you are not living within the Will of God then this passage doesn't apply to you.

Good message today! The Struggle to live in the Will of God is real but God is our hope and there to help us in our Struggle.
