My name is Isaac Crace. I was born and raised in Nampa Idaho and first hand have seen this valley go from cornfields and tractors to crowded sidewalks and suburbs. From growing up here in Nampa Idaho I know this valley like the back of my hand. Nampa Idaho & Idaho in general has shaped me into an avid outdoorsman with a great love for the outdoor life that the Idaho has to offer with the most public land in the world. I can always be found outside be it hunting and fishing or floating the river in the summer. To fuel my lifestyle I got in the family business making me a 3rd generation Realtor in the Nampa Idaho area. Thanks for the video. My parents were married in Caldwell during WWII. My Mom's parents and grandparents were in Caldwell because of the Japanese interment during the war. My father was in the east when the war broke out so he wasn't interned. How he got to Caldwell from the east coast is a mystery.

Good old Caldwell. I lived there for several years when I attended the Silverhawk Aviation Academy and I consider the place my home.

You're 30 minutes away from Boise's big city amenities and only around an hour or so from either the Sawtooth/Boise Mountains *and* the Owyhee Mountains, plus its own local dives. You're right, it's really the best of both worlds.

If I could actually find good work in the area I'd move back there in a heartbeat, I miss it very dearly :' ).

Good video and the next time we need a good gun, we'll know where to look. Caldwell is also rumored to have bad water quality (bad smelling). Do you know anything about that? In honor of PETA, I'll have to cook some chicken on the BBQ with our special recipe and technique. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it. 👍👍👍

As a renter who moved here 5 months ago with a $3-4k rent budget please avoid renting from commercial company based landlords. This included townhomes and houses and I would love to give names specifically but my husband and I have had to sign an NDA. New homes and townhomes are to avoided at all costs. We ended up finding a private owner renting a beautiful home in Kuna after experiencing the nightmare of Meridian. Stay away from Ustick at all costs! It resembles mad max with 12-14 year old boys playing motocross right outside your home and I wish I was referring to children and not the boy men that have been attracted to the free living lifestyle of Idaho.
