Personally, I only have a BSEE and work in hardware engineering but there's definitely a lot of value in a master's and is required or highly encouraged for IC Design(Digital/Analog). I feel like AI/ML is valuable but I would note coursework in FPGAs as another area of growing demand in the HW space that is especially relevant in AI/ML applications.

I am in my last year of B.S Computer Engineering & I am not skilled at coding so this video gave me more ideas on what I can do in the future. I am taking Artificial Intelligence class this semester so I can't wait. Thank you for this video.

This was awesome. You know that I’m currently looking for a job in the US, and even though I’m a Power engineer, there are many Electrical engineering requirements in job descriptions, mostly for the design. That’s why I’ll take a look at your EE courses video again and maybe take one or two, to add some into my knowledge, since I have studied that during my BA and MA, but didn’t have a chance to use at work.

Thank You soo much for the amazing video. I appreciate the time, effort, and hard work you put into it. You're one of the few YouTubers on this entire website to do such detailed and high-quality videos on computer, electrical, and hardware engineering. It brings me happiness to see your content because you discuss engineering in a way that is clear and straightforward. I am a recent college student looking to get into electrical engineering. If possible, could you do videos and or leave a comment on what tips you have for undergrads on studying, retaining, and applying the advanced math and physics required for the degrees? I want to get better at both of these subjects, but I'm having trouble filling the gaps in my knowledge and staying motivated while doing so. Do you have any advice for this? Once again, Thank You soo much for the videos because it's people like you that bring smiles to many faces and make the world a better place.

I'm self taught and I have learned all of those topics from quantum mechanics and electrons to electronic components to circuits both analog and digital to logic, integrated circuit and cpu design or ISA design... I didn't start there though, I started off with programming or software design building 3D Graphics Rendering Engines and Physics simulations or Game Engine Design using either Direct X, OpenGL and now Vulkan. I even started to study Hardware Emulator Design which lead me into Assembly and Architecture Design and I also started to research and study Operating System Design and on my todo list is Compiler and Language Design. My preferred language(s) of choice is C/C++ however I a have also started to learn Python when jumping into A.I. programming, Neural Networks and Machine Learning algorithms. Not a single credited class and all of the math behind the scenes I've also learned on my own however I do have some college credits where I did take Calc I and Calc II but all of the other advanced math such as Linear Algebra, Vector Calculus, Analytical Geometry etc... all self studied, and I consider my "Ph.Ds (more than one) worth of knowledge" just a hobby! The only thing about computers or programming that I'm limited on is "network programming" I've done a couple of small mock up C/C++ programs to emulate a server and client side application, but it was specific as it used the winsock library as I only dabbled in it... For me, I like physics and 3D graphics when it comes to programming as well as hardware emulation, but aside from the programming side of things, I also have an interest in CPU Architecture Design. It would be great to have degrees in all of these fields but when you can not afford them... yet it doesn't deter me from continuing my studies in my preferred interests.

I really do like hardware and have BS in Computer Engineering, but over time I have been getting closer to doing software. I'm planning on getting Masters in Computer Science. I really loved my computer architecture courses and software courses.

Thanks, if I knew this before, my professional career choices would be a lot different 😢

But the good news is that now, the new generations of electrical engineers will have a more clarity about their future, thanks a lot for these videos!

Just subbed Ana, I'm an EEE student in my second year I want to be a hardware engineer. I will surely make it there. God willing. I want to know if EEE is enough for my journey, or I should learn some skill and courses like PCB from Udemy. Thank you. Peace out! while watching this i can see your other video saying, "why you should not become one...Hey..what's the problem..lol"

i was searching about hardware engineering in google and it suggested your video
i could understand but i had to watch it over and over to understand (english is my second language). subtitles would help me alot .so if you could please add it. After watching couple of your videos i think i have an answer for what i searched for.
Thank you.

Support for users in programs and computer hardware is the most necessary thing. Almost all programs are written and the most seasoned programmers cannot configure the operating system and do not distinguish current from voltage)))

You have just laid out pure gold here..for free that many university should include it.. Big Thank You.
