This definitely has to be one of the better workflows I’ve seen. Not too complicated but has all the necessary items to keep organised and get stuff done 👏🏼

"let my work shape my workspace, not the other way around". Loved that! I feel like I was going crazy with everyone throwing templates at each other to "get started faster". But all I could think of was "Isn't that bloated for what people need?" A whole life OS, or the whole second brain in a certain flow.
I'm starting from scratch too! I know I want to have a second brain with the PARA method since I've been using that for a while now but I'm taking it slow and letting the databases and pages evolve naturally by adding / removing what I need / bothers me when I use it.

Well-structured planner. I have done something similar based on your template. I also added an iOS shortcut to my lock screen and on double tap allowing me to quickly add notes to activities db
