Finding Speed from Distance-Time Graph: This video shows you how to find speed using the slope of a distance-time graph for your physics, science, or math classes. Finding speed from distance time graphs is easy when you break it into distance and time components and find the rate using the slope formula.

You cut the video off right at the part that I wanted to learn, which is how do you calculate the average speed of that entire travelling line when distance begins and ends at 0

Thank you man I have a test this morning and this helped a lot

Its honestly just how educational videos can get 100k views in 6 years, yet entertaining videos can get 40 million views in a day. Educational channels deserve more views, no hate to anyone.

It really helped
Thank u so much ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏

during the moving back segment the slope is steeper. Does that mean that the object is moving faster than any of the other segments or since it is backward would it negative value and therefore slower?

ok I have a question. With the last question, I calculated c to d. I converted the distanced from km to m and got 5000m, then converted 2 hours to seconds and got 7200s. so then I used s = d/t, getting s = 5000/7200 which got me 0.694 m/s. Is that right? It just seems very slow to me. Thanks :)

Last graph you have shown seems to be displacement time graph not a distance time graph.correct?

Not helpful I needed the speed in units not that if it is in a constant or non constant motion

But the point was proved very clearly
