I looked in the jar and "Technoblade never dies!" was actually added as a splash text!

glad to see them pay tribute to Technoblade. If the rumors are true that they're adding splash text in honor of him then that makes him one of a handful of youtubers to be referenced in-game (rather than just in the launcher)

I’m kinda bummed out that they didn’t add the stone chests. Even if they couldn’t be moved, they are so cool. It would make more people go to the ancient city, and even put bases there

Everyone’s already commented all my thoughts on the Techno tribute and your stance on comments so I won’t repeat that.
I like the music! It’s not so loud that it distracts from your voice giving us the news but it adds a nice little audio background. I think it works.

They don't friggin' listen, they still want to force this chat reporting system despite controversies and pleas from the community. At this point the Community Feedback is useless, it's just an one-way communication.

We will be forced to add another mod (the No Chat Reports mod) to the collection, as if that wasn't enough considering the fact that we are still relying on mods for almost a decade to make this game run with acceptable performance.

I think the community as a whole grieving the loss of Technoblade throughout the community shows how tight this community really is. It doesn't matter what SMP you belong to, everyone agrees that Technoblade's passing is absolutely tragic.

I’m all for a technoblade name tag giving a pig a crown. Dude was a legend content creator, had a really great attitude and was really really good at the game.

I didn't know him either, but I still respect what he did for the community, and I'm quiet impressed by how much he actually cared about entertaining his viewers. To a degree, where he was worrying about it on his deathbed.

I didn't really know who technoblade was beyond the name prior to the news of his passing, but I'm glad to see how the minecraft community has rallied together to celebrate and grieve for him. As much as I'm not as involved with minecraft as I used to be, things like this are what remind me of how awesome the community is.

I would have preferred for the nether to be an ally versus a villain in legends. It’s always very villainized for not a ton of reasons. Illagers made sense since they are pretty obviously evil but a lot if nether creatures are just living their best life, just in lava. Even hoglins just act like nether bears, and piglins hust fear unknown trespassers.

I for one think that an Easter egg where you name a pig “Technoblade” it will get a crown is a great idea especially since Techno was so kind and inspirational. He will be missed but never forgotten. Rest In Peace Technoblade.

I think you missed this, but as well as the Launcher Pig now having a crown, "Technoblade Never Dies!" was also added as a splash text for the main menu.

The chat reporting system should be opt-in for servers.

Accounts owned by minors shoul be unable to connect to servers without ms moderation.

There should be a screen before you enter a server that tells you whether the server has ms moderation or not. (In BOTH cases. Only appears upon first entering server or if the info has changed since the last time you joined it)

Sure would be neat to see that concept art make its way into the game. The stone chests in particular, if not craftable, I think could be a neat reason for going down there. Maybe Mojang could add a craftable variant (which would just be a bit plainer, like the OG chest) and a treasure variant with those markings all along the sides.

Looked at the article and gotta say, I have to disagree with the reason for adding chat reporting. "Without human moderation" in it really means "Without our moderation" since java servers have been self moderating themselves so I dont see how that point even works in this situation
