Roasted Orange Chicken - Easy Easter Recipes

• 1 kg Chicken whole with skin
• 2 Onions
• 1 Garlic halved (large)
• 5-6 Orange slices
• Carrots – 15 round slices
• 4 baby potatoes
Marinade:
• 50 g Butter
• 5 -6 cloves Garlic minced
• zest of 1/2 orange
• 1 tbsp orange juice
• 1 tbsp rosemary Chopped
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp chili paste
