Kefalonia Sea kayaking, day 6

A journey with 'Sea Kayaking Kefalonia' entitled 'Village Hopping'.
Moving on each day along the beautiful shorelines of Kefalonia and Ithaca, staying overnight in apartments and dining locally in the evenings. Morning break snacks and alfresco lunches on the beach were provided by our hosts.

Day 6 we left Vathy and paddled around the peninsula to Sarakinoko beach. There must have been a change in the local geology as the cliffs showed dramatic layering and folding in the rocks. After a break in the taverna it was then a walk or taxi ride back to Vathy.
