Like some comments here, the turbo oil drain line needs to go straight to the oil pan. There might be too much oil pressure going into the turbo, this can be fixed with a small jet inside the oil fitting, not too small though. Valve cover air breather cannot be small nor restricted in any way.

I would say that your oil turn lines are probably to small of a inner diameter and make sure the drain lines have a good straight path back to the oil pan.

You need a catch can with no restriction, make the drain 10 an or more.
That is regardless i think this is not relaited to crank pressure, but *turbo oil feed

Just sell ur turbo kit and get a supercharger u won’t get issues like this with a supercharger, it’s more reliable anyway..
