Family says they were kicked off United flight due to 2-year-old's mask violation | ABC7

A woman said United Airlines kicked her family off of a flight Saturday after her 2-year-old daughter refused to wear a mask.

Passenger Eliz Orban posted a video of her husband trying to put the mask on their daughter as their plane was set to take off from Denver to New Jersey. In the video, the child squirms and pulls away at her husband's attempts.

But someone can have a fake doctors note saying they need to bring a big, shedding dog on a flight for free ("emotional support") and impinge on others and especially those allergic to dogs. Can't say anything about the problems with that but parents are being persecuted and for no sound scientific reason.

If that girl had been caught in corona because of no mask, the girl's family would sue an airline.

They were flying to NY for pleasure. If you can’t keep a mask on your child. Stay at home. You are endangering your child, everyone on the plane, and everyone she comes in contact with lasted on 5e trip. You she contracted COVID, they could sue United Airlines.

This is my opinion. I don't think they're bad parents but they shouldn't be traveling during a pandemic unless its for job purposes. Traveling to see a Christmas tree is for fun and that should be held off until the pandemic is over. Little kids spread germs so this time, United did the right thing

Also I heard if you get a 1st class ticket then they don't bother you if your 2yo doesn't wear a mask.

That's the 1st time the child saw a mask. You can tell they don't wear them as most people have custom mask. They didn't travel with one. That looks like the airline gave them that. THANKS UA FOR UPHOLDING POLICIES TO KEEP EVERYONE

The airlines and their crews are so ridiculous. They go from one extreme to the other. Their only goal is to always make passengers miserable. What if the kid doesn't want to use the mask. They need to be more understanding. It would be great if everybody does, but who is to say that the virus is not already in, some other way. Stop being so cruel, stop torturing kids and their parents.

Ol dads mask isn't even on his nose. Kick rocks, take your pity party elsewhere. You risked lives. Yourself and with your kid. You got money to fly during a pandemic while some can't even eat, you got money to drive.
