That's ちびむすドリル, my best handwriting friend! I'd been using them on my iPad for a while, but I just got a printer last week and watching this video inspired me to print them out to continue my handwriting studies :)
Also, while you're right in that your handwriting isn't calligraphy-level refined, it's one thing that I've never really seen from a learner before: it looks very native. I honestly believe that if you showed your handwriting to random Japanese people, no one would guess that it wasn't written by a native speaker. That's such an achievement!!!

The sound of your voice is not loud enough compared to the music. I couldn't hear it in parts of the video.
