The first search i’ve done on youtube was gohan vs cell, i was about 10 years old and since then I fell in love with AMVs and everything it meant. It is a beautiful way to share feelings and emotions even more with dragon ball which is such a work of art. I can say that : this is the best mep that could have ever been done, everything is there CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERY EDITORS. May Akira Toriyama rest in peace and may God rewards him for the beautiful present he gave us all. 🤲🏼🤲🏼

Also, that Majin Vegeta edit, where he uses his "Final Atonement" explosion and then the little edit of Bulma crying in the Manga style.... wow... He is my all time favorite character of the entire manga/anime and it truly brought a tear to my eye... I love how the tribute doesn't hard focus on anyone specifically and gives loads of characters a bit of the spotlight...

i discovered dragon ball through getting a cheap game at game stop. My mother and i were poor but she always let me get a new game from game stop whenever we went (one every few years or maybe once a year on christmas) I found budokai and it had me hooked. It was the weird one with the game board like thing before the story fights. But i had no idea what dragon ball z was until i got internet (got the game at like 8 and got internet and all that around 10 or 11) and it blew my mind. I never knew it was a anime, granted i just thought it was a sick cartoon. I watched it through so many times and fell in love with the story and the characters within. Its still my favorite anime and always will be, thank you akira toriyama for the greatest story of all time! Ill always have a special place for this in my heart and hope no one ever forgets the hero known as Son Goku and the man who brought him to life!

I am having flashbacks back to when my cousin first showed me the character Goku and then the entirety of Dragon Ball. I remember having group chats regarding dragon ball and we used to talk so much about it. I remember when i made one of my first friends in school with dragon ball and sticked with him ever since.
Dragon Ball is a franchise that literally felt like it was made for me. It helped me go through so much dark times that i wonder what I would do without it. The quotes, the moments, everything basically is so inspiring that it makes you want to go to the gym.
Thank you Akira Toriyama and I hope you rest well knowing your legacy won't ever die.
In topic with this AMV, I don't have anything but thanks to JGZ for putting so many of the hardworking editors out there together, and make this masterpiece to make me feel something.

Bro this is actually peak, WTF!?

I was bullied a lot throughout my younger years in school, and was very isolated while at home. I remember tuning in to DBZ for my very first time and it was as if all my problems vanished in that moment. No they never went away because of a manga/anime, but Dragon Ball is special because of its overarching theme of overcoming challenges and adversity by hard work and sheer willpower. Not only does Goku emulate this (of course, he's the main character), but so does much of the other cast, too.

Dragon Ball Z will always have a special place in my heart, and I really believe that this tribute perfectly encapsulates that same appreciation I have for Toriyama Sensei.

I never liked dragon ball growing up. I had a phase were I would ignore anything people wouldn't stop talking about, like my cousins and friends with dragon ball.

It didn't help that I was dogass at the games but the concept just grabbed me, I got into DBZA then watched some of Kai as it aired. Got Battle of Z as my first game around release then watched Battle of Gods and I was hooked.

Thank you Akira Toriyama for making a fan out of me.
