I think their contracts is just right it’s not too strict it’s just what you can expect for a trainee.

As a middle class "girl" plus the older sibling, I never had the concept of privacy, anyways...

Honestly I think they should unionize. Not a popular thought but it seems right for them to do so. Specially when it comes to working hours, safety and overall treatment. That's my personal opinion.

i do think that the contracts themselves, if read as it is, are fair, just legally binding. but most young trainees doesnt really understand what that really entails.
have watched many ex trainee interviews who quit, and for the most part its because they didnt fully understand what having a job and be professional about it entails.
some also doesnt understand the real status of their companies and goes in expecting an easy life when the agency they signed up with barely survives.

the real problem though are the companies who blatantly dont fulfill their end of the deal. they know that they are dealing with people who didnt understand what they signed up for, and they exploit that.

at the end of the day, being an idol is a job. its doesnt end with just singing dancing looking pretty. you have to have the proper attitude and mindset for it.

but they also arent slaves.
but that in itself is a very gray area....
cause debts also comes in play...

cause now, the trainees arent just employees, they are also debtors....

and the company arent just agencies, they are also lenders...that if bad luck has it, has potential debts to loan

and that goes dark in the rabbit
