The TERRIFYING Last Moments Of Jason Carter

As Jason joined the other surfers on his board, the shark approached the bay. It was mid morning, just before 11 am. The shark was on the hunt. An opportunistic hunter always on the look out for an easy meal. Jason bobbed up and down on his surfboard, not knowing that this would be his last surf. He had been to that spot a hundred times before. Now his legs dangled precariously into the murky Hawaiian seas.

The rough surf had churned up the water reducing visibility. The usually turquoise waters that invited so many people into the sea were now grey and brown where the sand and silt from the sea floor had been mixed up into the water column. From below the water’s surface, the surfers on top looked like silhouettes; perhaps a seal or sea lion floating on the surface.

The thing to know is that you are a visitor in the sharks home when you enter the ocean and Yes they eat people and anything else that they think is a easy meal

What a horrible death. I would never offer myself up to a shark. Nope. Not going into the ocean.

For all you people that freak out about shark attacks, you have it wrong. I grew up surfing in Southern California. All surfers learn early, or risk attacks, not the people playing in the water at the beach. Surfers know that there are two sets of break areas, this is the area under water that creates the wave… only go out to the second one where the waves start originally with the understanding that is the reef or area where the sharks feed on fish.. but yet all these people go out there anyway and all you crybabies whine when people get eaten. How about inform yourself, and don’t put yourselves on the menu, or at least stop saying sharks hunt people, when it’s just idiots that put their own lives in danger….

Shark attacks are not rare. As he said there were 8 attacks in that past summer at that one beach alone..

2:17 And that's what people don't understand. It's not a mistake in identity, you look like a god damn seal, and that's why people get attacked while surfing.

Omg I so agree. These things obviously don't hate the taste of people. They often continue to eat after they kno what's up..

Yep this why I don't go in the ocean. I love to bowl and I don't want to lose them or any body part.

I've been to Maui, and yes, there are a lot of sharks doing what sharks do, so if you're stupid enough to surf in their natural territory, then I can't and will never feel bad for someone who gets attacked by one. Sharks are part of the oceans for a reason.

Obviously, it's a risk going in the happening....

Relatively rare is a useless phrase. Relative to what, dancing elephants?

That sounds like the most embellished story I have heard, " it was of Megladon proportions", " it held him in a vice like grip", what utter nonsense, sensationalism of a tragic event for likes and comments is just cheap and shows no respect for the victim, disgusting.
